One of the best family owned companies I have dealt with from start to finish. Tom is very professional and made the hole process of getting our windows installed easy. I also have to say that they the best installers Matt was awesome, great attention to detail and detail oriented. Very skilled and left the job site every night clean.

Four months to get the windows. The salesman Ken, answered my questions and later returned my phone call within an hour. The men who did the actual install were professional. I chose this company because they are a local business and are right behind the Murdock WalMart and off of Veterans Blvd so it was easy to nip into their office when I had questions. Love my new windows 😁 I will post before and after but not a good view because of trees and plants.

The two gentlemen that came to my house to fix three window latches that were stuck were very fast and efficient. They showed up on time we’re very polite. They replaced both latches on all three windows and under 15 minutes.

I was a big doubter of contractors until I met these folks. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation. Communication was outstanding. They were spot-on with the install schedule, inspection and follow-up work. The install work itself was handled promptly and professionally. I had (2) separate projects done by them and they were outstanding...their products are top of the line, and their sales and installation people leave nothing undone. From the permitting stage to the final cleanup they take care of everything. Even the city inspector was very impressed.

We lost our home in hurricane Ian. Insurance didn’t want to pay us and our contractor walked off near the end of the job after we paid him. We finally were able to get a home inspection from the city of North Port and we failed due to one of our windows not closing. My wife was in tears and I didn’t know what to do. We called everywhere and no one would look at it. The nice lady who answered the phone put us in contact with their manager Tom. Tom came out and fixed our window that day. Replacement of damaged screen was completed within a couple of days. Fabian called a a 1/2 hr before arriving. He was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Home for their windows and the quality of service they provide.

We had sliding glass doors installed and while there were a few hiccups during install, Home install addressed all issues. Recently, our doors needed a "tweak" and they sent Fabian. SUPERB JOB!!!! I can't say enough about how polite, efficient and knowledgeable Fabian is. He found a factory issue in the door and was able to perfectly solve the problem. It's hard to find a company that always stands behind their work. Home Install did just that.

The windows are more than I anticipated, I have not yet seen an electric bill but I know my A/C is running a lot less, and the interior is much more comfortable and a bit more private from the subtle tint, I also like the double slider for those nice open window nights.

Did such a great job putting in my front hurricane bay window I hired them again to put a hurricane window in my kitchen bay window. Were here when they said they would be and were very respectful. Highly recommend them.

We have now replaced the patio door and all the windows in our condo over a span of about 5 years. We've been very happy with Home Install Services so that's why we keep using the company again and again. 5 PLUS stars! I called Home Install Services in hopes to have a double front door fixed that was not closing/sealed properly with a huge gap. I am the new owner of the home and a lot of little things needed adjusting and repaired. Tom Jr. came out to look at it and even though this job was tiny and not really in the scope of what they do -these small " honey do" jobs, he took my small issue and made it a priority. Not only did he come out once but 4 times to get the correct weather stripping in, drilled holes readjusted the door and corrected my issue. I can not say enough about the care and time Home Install Services Inc provides. I will be getting a new door this winter and new windows in the beginning of 2025. Excellent Service, the widows came early, they called to schedule the installation and the tech called 30 minutes before arrival and when they were done with the job they left the home perfectly clean. I didnt have to do a thing, they took care of the permitting and scheduled the inspection. The final inspection was with the one of the installation tachs and walked through the cleaning and use of the widows. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for windows. Thank you

Every aspect of buying, ordering, installing, inspecting and finishing was done professionally and successfully. Other companies wanted 4-6 months to install windows and doors.. Home Install Services had the job done within 6 weeks. And I love my new lanai sliding windows!

We are happy with the product, service and installation. Any issues we had after installation were promptly and satisfactorily taken care of. Everyone from the salesman to the installers to the owner were very helpful and professional.

I had trouble with a door & window company that were unreliable & incapable of honoring her contract. After several months of excuses and letting the permit expire, I managed to get in touch with the Wincore Window Companies Rep. Mike DeBacco, who happened to be in the area. After hearing my complaint , Mike, Tom Sr. & Tom Jr. from Home Install Services came out to my home. After seeing the mess I was left with, these two wonderful companies took over. The only thing I had to do wa s get a Home Owners Permit and they did the rest! They did a complete re-installation & corrected the damage that had been done. This included dealing with wrong measurements and improper installation of 5 impact windows, which could have resulted in water damage to my home and a cracked glass in the door insert. I will forever be grateful to Home Install Services and Wincore Window Mfg. Thank You Mike, Tom Sr. & Tom Jr.

Tom Jr and Tom Sr are wonderful and very detail oriented. They have great employees and are at your service when needed. They installed two new exterior doors at my residence and were most friendly, professional, helpful and quick while being precise. They made sure I liked how everything was before they left! I was very pleased with they workmanship. After both installed doors were complete, I had an issue 2 weeks later with my door knobs and bolt locks that I purchased for them to install during the process. To NO fault of theirs; I contacted Tom Jr right away and told him my concern and within a couple days he was able to schedule a time good for both of us to come back out and replace all hardware with different locks and levers I purchased. When that was complete Tom told me "No charge" he wanted to make sure my home was safe and secure! That is customer service!! I can't thank them enough and everything looks great!

If your looking for a family owned business that takes what they do serious these are your people! They always get back to you and are happy to answer any questions. I spoke to them several times and have never had a bad customer service experience no matter who I talk to that speaks volumes in this day and age. Home install services just completed the full install of our window and we could not be happier. After the inspection passed Fabian finished putting the plugs in and re-installing our window blinds. The communication from the date we signed for the windows to the final installation was amazing and so professional. Amazing group of people both inside and out.

We had impact doors installed after having our windows done last year. The quality of the work is excellent. Once they arrived and got started they worked very hard and did a great job. WOW! Let me tell you just how wonderful this group of professionals are! We needed to replace all the windows and sliding glass door in our 2nd fl condo. We interviewed 5 companies and Home Install Services not only had the best price (by a lot) but also the best quality glass. We have plantation blinds on the inside of all the windows and were able to leave them up for the install! The other estimates required them to be removed at additional cost and aggravation. Installation after making the order was 3x faster than the other estimates, and every single employee throughout the process was beyond professional and efficient. Home Install Services took care of all the required HOA and permit paperwork as well as the final inspection. They could not have made it any easier. Super grateful!

Being new to Florida we talked to several replacement window companies and never felt comfortable or confident until we talked to Home Install Services. Being a retired General Contractor from Ohio we had some high expectations and Home Install exceeded those. We will absolutely being doing additional projects with them since they make the process so easy.

Great people! Tom the son of the father son tandem came to my wife and I's home to give us an estimate to replace a large piece of glass from an exterior door in our FL room. Tom after looking it over gave me my options - gave me a fair price on what it would cost to replace glass or to buy a new door. He also gave me the option after he knew what size door I needed to come by his shop and he had a used door from a previous job that was going to either be thrown away or picked up by habitat for humanity He gave it to us no cost. (except to recommend them if anyone I knew ever needed windows or doors and to write a review on google- I also did on homeadvisor) I was ecstatic and super grateful as a blue collar dad having to spend what I thought would easily be 200 to 300 dollars because of an honest mistake with the weed eater kicking up a rock from a flower bed was a tough one to swallow. But Tom's goodwill blessed us and we r very grateful. You just don't see this too often these days-- If you want a fair estimate and people who don't have profit at the forefront these are the folks u call for Windows and doors. thank you guys so much again!
